Ownform is a small studio that designs brands, products and websites for tech founders, from an idea sketched with ChatGPT to a product people pay for. You can read why I started it. We’re growing carefully, and we’re looking for two people to grow with us.

Product designer

You’ll design products that founders put in front of their first users and investors: SaaS and fintech platforms, AI-native tools, dashboards, and the design systems behind them.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years in product design, ideally in SaaS, fintech or AI-native products.
• Strong UX thinking: you start from the problem and the user, not from the screen.
• Quick prototypes that answer real questions, in Figma or in code.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• You already work with AI agents in your daily process and know where they help and where they don’t.

Business assistant

You’ll keep the studio running and help it grow, working directly with me.

What you’ll do:

• Manage calendars and calls.
• Prepare proposals and invoices.
• Find and qualify new leads.
• Run the studio’s social media.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as an assistant to a founder, or in a similar role.
• Confidence with Notion, Google Workspace, a CRM and AI tools.
• Clear writing, good order, and a habit of noticing what’s about to slip before it does.
