This policy explains what personal data Ownform collects through ownform.design, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Ownform is a design studio run by Arsen Berezovskyi as a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. For anything about your data, write to hello@ownform.design.
What we collect
- When you get in touch. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send: usually your name, email, company and message.
- When you book a call. Bookings run through Cal.com. We receive your name, email, the time you chose and anything you add to the booking.
- When you apply for a job. Applications run through Tally forms or email. We receive what you submit, such as your name, contact details, location, experience and links to your portfolio or CV.
- When you visit the site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser, pages requested and time) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t run analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and discuss a possible project, which is in our legitimate interest and a step toward a contract you asked about.
- To schedule and hold the calls you book.
- To review job applications and get back to candidates.
- To run the site and protect it from abuse.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a few service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivers messages from the contact form to our inbox), Cal.com (call booking), Tally (forms) and our email provider. Some of them may store data outside Ukraine or the EU; where that happens, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and call bookings: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we start working together.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or agree that we keep them longer.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@ownform.design and we’ll reply within 30 days.
If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you’re in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
