Sona is an AI assistant that lives inside the tools people already use — mail, calendar, Jira, Zoom, search. The product did a lot, but it felt like a generic chatbot: every task began with an empty box, and nothing about it looked like something you would want open all day.
This redesign concept starts from the other end. Before you type anything, Sona greets you with what’s next — the schedule, the meeting, the unread mail — and answers come back as the thing itself: a Jira plan, an email ready to approve, an image to download. Recent actions sit one shortcut away.
The brand is quiet on purpose. A mark of points radiating from a centre, an editorial serif against a soft neutral, and a dark mode for long days. It is a concept, made to show the client where the product could go.
